Transitioning to my role as a supervisor at 99 Speedmart, I soon discovered the multifaceted nature of the position. Beyond paperwork, my responsibilities encompassed restocking, organizing products, creating appealing promotional displays, maintaining pristine racks, conducting inventory counts, and occasionally serving as a cashier. This dynamic role pushed me mentally and physically, while also testing my customer service skills. The demands of managing a diverse range of customers showcased the true essence of the job.
